CIVET and FreeSurfer

Hey Rebecca,
I need to raise some issues for the purpose of the BrainHack, so here is one! You list both civet and freesurfer as tools you would like to explore during the BrainHack, however, they roughly achieve the same thing (though results might vary). Freesurfer is incorporated with fmriprep so that's a plus. Will you be using both surface-based analysis? Happy Hacking!
