WBV error estimation

Hello

John Wheeler just published a paper about WBV included and a method to estimate the WBV error associated with the WBV analysis.

It could be a nice add on in MTEX.

I personally don't need it soon so there is no rush for me but I just want to put the information somewhere for the MTEX community.
