Zsh issues

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

1. In the first launch, exit bootstrapping but get zsh-newuser-install:1118: command not found: rm
2. zcompile: can't read file: , seems like there are some problems with cmd zcompile
3. seems can't load /ect/zsh/zshenv

Expected behavior

Works fine.

Actual behavior

1. 'zsh-newuser-install:1118: command not found: rm' means my settings in the bootstrap are not properly written to the .zshrc.
2. zcompile command is useless, warning can't read file.
