Edit names of items that have been saved

Be able to edit names of existing saved items - example below to change to betamethasone valerate

Currently only ability to edit is for dev to do it and then user to save it in pending changes. May be worthwhile if there is a few changes for admin to be able to edit partcularly if it happens often
