Allow highlighting tree text

Currently we have the button to copy codes, but not to copy the text/descriptions.

Clicking them collapses the tree, and text highlighting is disabled by MUI tree component.

Ideas:

• See if there is a way to re-enable text highlighting?
• Can we make the chevron onclick collapse the node, but clicking the text copies it?
• Another button to copy name?
• Move away from collapsible nodes, just display the tree as text so we can highlight it?

To be fair I think this came from Louisa trying to build the mapping spreadsheets, so I'm not sure how often this would typically be needed. I think its a nice to have :)
