Program Enrolment: missing calendar picker, unable to type in the date field

Also the backspacing is kind of weird and does not start from the last digit?

For enrolment date, you can backspace but once the field is blank, you cannot type in new values
For patient status history, because the field is not pre-populated, you basically cannot interact with it from the get-go

Note: on Android, when clicking on the field, the calendar pops up automatically however the user is still able to backspace if they click on the field again, and backspacing is buggy - same behaviour with the empty field

Expected behaviour 🤔

Should be calendar picker available
Should be able to backspace normally and fill out the field again

How to Reproduce 🔨

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Make sure you have immunization programs set up in your store
2. Once you do, go to Dispensary -> Patients and either create a new one to test with or choose an existing one
3. Enrol that patient into a program -> on the editing modal, you can interact with the program enrolment date and the patient status history date
4. Note you are not able to enter the values once the fields are blank, and backspacing is weird
