Patients -> Program Enrolment filter is not working

What went wrong? 😲

Patients -> Program Enrolment filter is not working

1. Typing any existing values does not bring results
2. Typing random letters brings results
3. Typing True or False results in infinite loading spinner

Expected behaviour 🤔

Filter should work, true or false should not produce infinite spinner but instead return 'no results found'

How to Reproduce 🔨

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Make sure you have immunization programs setup and configured for your store
2. Once you do, go to Dispensary -> Patients and create a few for testing purposes
3. Click on Filters -> Program Enrolment (oh, and enrol a few patients into different programs!)
4. Attempt to type in the programs' names -> no results produced
5. Try 'enrolment, yes, no, the actual names, etc' -> no results
6. Some random letters will return the lines
7. Type in True and False -> see infinite loading spinners
