We want to have total stock listed in item usage report instead of available stock.

Describe the solution you'd like 🎁

Add total stock on hand to itemStats node
We want to show this in all cases with the exceptions of:
Outbound shipments
Prescriptions

These two will remain as availablestockOnHand

Added in #5906 - there's a few f/e updates required I suspect. Have only changed the item list & detail pages
