CentOS is becoming popular in minecraft so it would be great if it could have its own installation instructions. I'll write a base and send a pull request if you like.

I don't readily have a CentOS box to test on myself so that would be great.

Starting work when I get home. I'll send a pull request when done.

The pull 154 was tested and coded on a CentOS 6 machine.

Also, CentOS is a redhat OS, meaning most redhat scripts will work on it perfectly, like in my case. I do believe that CentOS documentation is need because there is already a RedHat one.
