Implement Remote Toolkit Compatability

Title says it all.... Remote Toolkit is used on some Minecraft web management scripts (SpaceBukkit is the main one) It would be great if we would be able to use MSM side-by-side with some web management scripts. Allowing for init scripts with MSM and server management via web.

MSM could be used for stronger server management if web management is not responding and the web management would be used for people who do not like SSH/console management and for people who prefer web management over console.
