App does not follow the temperature change configuredd in the plan

This happens sometimes. I don't know how to reproduce it, but this happens quite often (every few days) if i do not restart the application regularly. This happens on different plans at the same time.

Example : My bedroom plan is 18 degrees till 22.00, then 19 degrees.
At 22.00 / later, i can not see any change and the target temperature is still 18 degrees.

The change normally should be seen in the vthermo device of the room, but it still shows 18 degrees.

What i do then, I restart heating scheduler app, and then most of the time the change is then applied => 19 degrees on the vthermo device. Sometimes i have to restart Homey also.

I have made a report at the time the app does not work
