This should be pretty easy since it is similar to Kast. Mainly need to add code to read the SOAR fits headers for the configuration file.

.flm header needs to be fixed to say SOAR instead of KAST

More modularity for multiple wavelength solutions + cals (this should probably just be done for every instrument)
