Is it possible to locate parameter definition across files?

Some people prefer to predefine parameters in a head file, and use them as `paramenter in other routines. In this case, it will be much more convenient to find the definition if the extension support crossing file search. Or it already supported and I missed something?

Actually I'm confused whether the current 'go to definition F12' is achieved by vscode itself or this extenstion.
