Ne plus faire le script sync-entreprise en "pré-install" npm car cela rajoute plus de 2 minutes à chaque déploiement.

En fait en local cela prend 100ms, je ne comprend pas pourquoi ce script bloque la CI plusieurs minutes sur github actions
