This patch release aims to clean up some redindancy
spec.endpoint.servicesinsideproviderconfig.yamlis now set to an empty list before processing the providers. This ensures that no removed providers remain in the endpoint service list. While this wouldn't have impacted use of localstack, it could lead to confusion over which providers were available as it remained out of sync with the actual installed providers.
