Code and documentation under one organisation

As a Product Owner I want to see both documentation and code under one organisation. Thus those will construct one whole and makes issue management easier.

Move everything from Digipalvelutehdas under MPASSid organisation as soon as possible. If that requires some refactoring of ansible (as it does) or other modifications, then just do it.

I made a fork from Digipalvelutehdas into MPASSid organisation as a temporary solution. This helps people finding the proxy code + documentation from the MPASSid organisation too.

After holiday season, there will be a major refactoring done for the proxy modules. This will result in many smaller repositories instead of one big proxy repository.
