Youtube 新增了 Google+ 社群對應的功能，可以讓 Google+ 社群的管理員共管一個 Youtube Channel，
目前我們使用的 http://youtu.be/mozillatw 是一個獨立的帳號，我們應該切換到 Google+ 社群帳號下，就能讓大家共同管理：
https://www.youtube.com/user/MozTWCommunity

需要把以下帳號中現有的影片，重新在共管帳號中建立為播放清單（不需重新上傳）：
http://youtu.be/mozillatw
http://youtu.be/irvinfly
http://youtu.be/bobchao
（以及其他相關的影片）
