xcodebuild log path changed within circleci iOS job

We are looking for an xcodebuild log that lives at roughly this path: /private/var/folders/ln/**/T/pytest-of-distiller/pytest-*/**/xcodebuild.log

Looks like it's changed recently on circleci to this: /private/var/folders/gm/972y8_2s2tv3bfcz4m7y28w40000gn/T/pytest-of-distiller/pytest-0/logs0/xcodebuild.log

This might happen again so lets fix the path to be more inclusive.
