As a User I want to get Site Suggestions in the Awesomebar for sites that are relevant for my country

There is an Android Component for site suggestions, but AFAIK it is not region aware? I think this may be worth exploring because otherwise the list is very US centric.

It is!

We do have some localized lists:

We load those following the LocaleList for the device/user/setup.
