As a user, links using Intent URIs/custom protocols should work

They should either forward to the respective app (or show the activity chooser if multiple apps can handle the URL) or in case of Intent URIs, load the fallback URI instead. (Edit: the fallback URI should be loaded when no app can handle the intent, that is).
