As a User I want to be able to browse all my bookmarks

This story is about our bookmark panel. It should be possible to see all the bookmarks and navigate in and out of folders.

The bookmark 'tree' has been a source of confusion. We need to understand what the best way is to present this. Do we follow Fennec?
