This is something Fennec doesn't support currently it seems. But Chrome and Firefox for iOS have it. This won't always work since not all links will result in downloadable content. But it is good to have I think.

@Diana-Rus

Hi, seems that this functionality is present on R-B 1.0.2013 (Build #20891207 GV: 76.0a1-20200325093457)
As of now through Download link option i managed:

  • to download a website as html page
  • to download a picture/same as "Save image" option
    Should the download link option be available for video as well and all kind of types, if they are supported for download? Example: a video from cnn.com
  • Are there specific file types/format that we need to see that can be downloaded?

Note: Seems that the option reached Firefox Preview, is it intended
