What happened:
Currently the quickstart checker in our CI ignore the error and panic messages printed by layotto, so that bugs like #643 can't be found by CI

What you expected to happen:
The CI should check the layotto logs. If there are error or panic messages, the CI should report an error

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
see #643
