bug: win环境下dump的文本出现乱码 #95

win环境下，enable holmes，dump之后查看文本，出现乱码，不确定是不是bug

需要看下是否有 WithTextDump，默认应该就是 binary 的 pprof 文件

那后缀为啥是.log呢 emm

没啥特别的原因，有兴趣的话，也欢迎提 PR，可以指定后缀方式
