Gracefully shutdown MOSIP #29

Hello community,

Actually, after rebooting MOSIP was not running and preenrolment was not
accessible.
Could you please share the procedure for gracefully shutdown MOSIP platform and start it after reboot ?

Is this with the sandbox (single VM) installer?

@Simorio we have now moved to Sandbox-v2 (we are no longer working on single machine sandbox). In v2 the control is via kubectl, Helm, Ansible.
