Configurable kiosks

Allow users to select a stop or multiple stops along a route where the predicted arrival/departure times are displayed as some type of overlay on a map of either the stop or the entire route. Additionally, configuring such a view would produce a navigable URL to load the resulting page that can be bookmarked.

This feels somewhat analagous to #109 but as a superset with enhanced capabilities. This makes me wonder whether both are necessary? Probably, for better UX. Additionally, this may require an overhaul of the settings feature and at the very least a significant addition.

I can see this working for authenticated and unauthenticated users, but the latter would not be able to preserve across devices similar to favorites. Probably requires another DB table as well to allow authenticated users to load the kiosks across devices.
