It would be nice to setup a nice stylesheet for the notebooks so that they don't look like the default Jupyter notebooks. Lorena Barba's notebooks are the first to come to mind that make use of a stylesheet like this. It should look good with the matplotlib theme chosen in #172.

Just came across this, which might provide a starting point or some examples for a custom theme at least: https://github.com/dunovank/jupyter-themes
