When doing a new install of Stylelint, we get version 16.x.

In version 16.x the rules 'number-leading-zero' and 'string-quotes' are no longer available.

@mooore/stylelint-config/rules/default.js still requires these rules.
This causes 'Stylelint: Unknown rule ...' errors.

So I think the specific version of Stylelint that is required for this preset should be locked in package.json?
Or the outdated rules should be removed / refactored?

For anyone running into this issue too. When I switch to these versions:
"stylelint": "15",
"stylelint-config-standard": "34.0.0",
Everything works as expected.
