The link locations are off by a bit in both tables of contents.

Reported in version 2.0.1, was also present in 2.0 too.

It's possibly a bug in a Latex package (try updating Latex packages), or an issue with Pandoc (try updating Pandoc and searching their issues list), or it might be a numbering issue (inspect the raw Latex).
