Mono-addins was released on Nuget but the Git tag is missing here.

As well as 1.3.6, and 1.3.7. It would be greatly appreciated when comparing & tracking down changes.
When upgrading the NuGet packages our DevOps team needs to clearly verify changes to conclude if we're able to upgrade or not.

any reason why tags are not being made properly? doesn't make much sense, especially as this ticket is open since June... dead project?
