I noticed that there are some themes (fire, RGB, etc.) that are animated. Their actual names don't look animated so its hard to tell without clicking, but that is for another discussion in the near future. I don't like the idea of having to come over here, learn to code, and then only ATTEMPT to get the theme approved, hence this discussion. Give some feedback on what you think about this idea, I won't complain. I see this has already been asked before (#2350), but I am willing to code this myself so no hassle on anyone else.
