Update of windows installer is taking very long

Describe the bug
During a release, we run https://github.com/mondoohq/installer/actions/runs/9367883460/workflow

It took over an hour to update during the last releases.
An example:
First try: https://github.com/mondoohq/installer/actions/runs/9367883460/job/25788549033
Working run: https://github.com/mondoohq/installer/actions/runs/9367883460

The problem was that https://install.mondoo.com/package/cnspec/windows/amd64/zip/latest/download wasn't updated for a long period.

Expected behavior
Would be nice, if it update faster. Perhaps there is a way to force the update? Or something like the re-index step we have for releases?
