Redeploy streamlit app against main branch

The main branch here has all of the renaming updates and latest model, but the streamlit deployment at https://phenomics-assistant.streamlit.app/ is pointing at the older rename branch, so I also updated that branch to use the newer GPT-4-turbo as well (and a cosmetic change to be sure it propagated to the deployment).

Ideally the streamlit app should point at main, but it looks like that's not configurable for an already-deployed app. Probably easy and safe to do, just want to wait til there's no upcoming demos in case something goes awry.
