Parent ticket to handle issues from testing the OMIM pipeline: #8108

  This is the initial fix for Sabrina's finding that the OMIM pipeline PR (3) Genes should not be added if the OMIM record is associated with multiple genes.
• Create gold standard list of diseases from OMIM that have disease defining genes Create gold standard list of disease defining diseases from OMIM files omim#161
• Fix incorrect multiple gene associations currently in Mondo Multiple gene associations represented as EquivalentTo #8276

• Fix OMIM pipeline to keep gene annotations with sources from clinicalgenome, PMID, and orcid Update OMIM gene references in Mondo #8108
• Add qc check to flag any case where there is >1 affected gene Create QC check to identify when there is >1 affected gene for a gene association #8316
• Add qc check so that a Mondo term does not have both a germline and somatic gene association Add qc check to make sure that no Mondo class has gene associations using both a germline and somatic properties #8443
  As part of this, mark any curator agreed upon multiple associations as excluded from this qc check
