Suggested revision and reasons

Mendelian neurodevelopmental disorder is a subclass of neurodevelopmental disorder, but many of the "other" children of "neurodevelopmental disorder" are Mendelian (actually, nearly all of them). The hierarchy around these terms should be revised.
