[Feature Request] Order refund from Mollie Dashboard

Describe the new feature

When a payment is refunded from mollie dashboard, the corresponding orders in magento should be closed and a "Credit Memo" should be create.

Describe the solution to be implemented

Backend changes
Currently in Mollie\Payment\Model\Client\Payments line 381, it'll only log the refunded webhook.
If the order is not "closed" it should procced the refund event:

• Create a "Credit Memo"
• Close the order

As for our company we let our finance department process the refunds through the mollie dashboard. Though now we don't have any feedback inside Magento.

Any update on this timeline? Even a simple notification in the status history comments would be helpful.
