Setting up Bank Transfer payment gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Bank Transfer payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Bank Transfer edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for Bank Transfer gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Bank Transfer option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Bank Transfer.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. If the field is left empty, then the countries from the WooCommerce general settings will be set.
  • Payment Surcharge - Choose between ‘no fee’, ‘fixed fee’, ‘percentage’ and ‘fixed fee and percentage’ payment surcharge for this gateway. Default: No fee.
  • Initial order status - Select box with options Pending payment and On hold (default). Some payment methods take longer than a few hours to complete. The initial order state is then set to 'On hold'. This ensures the order is not cancelled when the setting Hold Stock (minutes) is used.
  • Activate expiry date setting - Enable expiry date for payments checkbox. Enable this option if you want to be able to set the number of days after the payment will expire. This will turn all transactions into payments instead of orders.
  • Expiry date - Number input field. Number of days after the payment will expire. Default 12 days.
  • Skip Mollie payment screen - Skip Mollie payment screen when Bank Transfer is selected checkbox. Enable this option if you want to skip redirecting your user to the Mollie payment screen, instead this will redirect your user directly to the WooCommerce order received page displaying instructions how to complete the Bank Transfer payment.

Before you enable Mollie - Bank Transfer gateway, be sure that you have disabled WooCommerce Direct bank transfer to avoid possible conflicts.

Setting up SEPA Direct Debit gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the SEPA Direct Debit payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the SEPA Direct Debit edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for SEPA Direct Debit gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the SEPA Direct Debit option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default SEPA Direct Debit.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. If the field is left empty, then the countries from the WooCommerce general settings will be set.
  • Payment Surcharge - Choose between ‘no fee’, ‘fixed fee’, ‘percentage’ and ‘fixed fee and percentage’ payment surcharge for this gateway. Default: No fee.

Setting up iDEAL gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the iDEAL payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the iDEAL edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for iDEAL gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the iDEAL option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default iDEAL.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout. Default Select your bank.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. If the field is left empty, then the countries from the WooCommerce general settings will be set.
  • Payment Surcharge - Choose between ‘no fee’, ‘fixed fee’, ‘percentage’ and ‘fixed fee and percentage’ payment surcharge for this gateway. Default: No fee.
  • Initial order status - Select box with options Pending payment and On hold (default). Some payment methods take longer than a few hours to complete. The initial order state is then set to 'On hold'. This ensures the order is not cancelled when the setting Hold Stock (minutes) is used.
  • Show iDEAL banks dropdown - If you disable this, a dropdown with various iDEAL banks will not be shown in WooCommerce checkout, so users will select a iDEAL bank on the Mollie payment page after checkout. Default enabled.
  • Issuers empty option - This text will be displayed as the first option in the iDEAL issuers drop down. If nothing is entered, "Select your bank" will be shown. Only if the above 'Show iDEAL banks dropdown' is enabled.

Setting up Klarna Pay later gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Klarna Pay later payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Klarna Pay later edit button under Mollie Settings.

To accept payments via Klarna, all default WooCommerce checkout fields should be enabled and required:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Country / Region
  • Street address
  • Town / City
  • Postcode / ZIP
  • Phone
  • Email address

You can configure the following settings for Klarna Pay later gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Klarna Pay later option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Klarna Pay later.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.

Setting up PayPal gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the PayPal payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the PayPal edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for PayPal gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the PayPal option will show up in checkout.

Setting up SOFORT Banking gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the SOFORT Banking payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the SOFORT Banking edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for SOFORT Banking gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the SOFORT Banking option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default SOFORT Banking.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. Setting up Belfius Direct Net gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Belfius Direct Net payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Belfius Direct Net edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for Belfius Direct Net gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Belfius Direct Net option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Belfius Direct Net.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. Setting up EPS gateway

  • Click the EPS edit button under Mollie Settings.

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the EPS option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default EPS.

Setting up Klarna Slice it gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Klarna Slice it payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Klarna Slice it edit button under Mollie Settings.

To accept payments via Klarna, all default WooCommerce checkout fields should be enabled and required:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Country / Region
  • Street address
  • Town / City
  • Postcode / ZIP
  • Phone
  • Email address

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the paysafecard edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for paysafecard gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the paysafecard option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default paysafecard.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. If the field is left empty, then the countries from the WooCommerce general settings will be set.

Setting up Gift cards gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Gift cards payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Gift cards edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for Gift cards gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Gift cards option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Gift cards.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. If the field is left empty, then the countries from the WooCommerce general settings will be set.
  • Payment Surcharge - Choose between ‘no fee’, ‘fixed fee’, ‘percentage’ and ‘fixed fee and percentage’ payment surcharge for this gateway. Default: No fee.
  • Show gift cards dropdown - If you disable this, a dropdown with various gift cards will not be shown in the WooCommerce checkout, so users will select a gift card on the Mollie payment page after checkout. When enabled you must choose a gift card option before placing the order. Issuers empty option - This text will be displayed as the first option in the gift card dropdown, but only if the above 'Show gift cards dropdown' is enabled.

Setting up Voucher gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Voucher payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Voucher edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for Voucher gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Voucher option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Voucher.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. If the field is left empty, then the countries from the WooCommerce general settings will be set.
  • Payment Surcharge - Choose between ‘no fee’, ‘fixed fee’, ‘percentage’ and ‘fixed fee and percentage’ payment surcharge for this gateway. Default: No fee.
  • Select the default products category - You can choose between four options, “Meal”, “Eco”, “Gift” and “No category”. In order to process it, all products in the order must have a category. This selector will assign the default category for the shop products. Default Meal.

Once you enable Voucher gateway, navigate to any Simple or Variable product and choose one of the four options for the Product voucher category under Mollie Settings:

Once you enable Voucher gateway, when you do the bulk edit on the products overview you will have an option to choose one of the four options for the Mollie voucher category for the selected products:

Setting up Credit Card gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Credit Card payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Credit Card edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for Credit Card gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Credit Card option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Credit Card.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. If the field is left empty, then the countries from the WooCommerce general settings will be set.
  • Payment Surcharge - Choose between ‘no fee’, ‘fixed fee’, ‘percentage’ and ‘fixed fee and percentage’ payment surcharge for this gateway. Default: No fee.
  • Enable Mollie Components - Enable the Mollie Components for this gateway.

Setting up Giropay gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Giropay payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Giropay edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for Giropay gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Giropay option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Giropay.

Setting up KBC CBC Payment Button gateway

  • Click the KBC/CBC Payment Button edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for KBC/CBC Payment Button gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the KBC/CBC Payment Button option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default KBC/CBC Payment Button.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Bancontact payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Bancontact edit button under Mollie Settings.

You can configure the following settings for Bancontact gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Bancontact option will show up in checkout.
  • Title- This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Bancontact.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.

Setting up Przelewy24 gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Przelewy24 payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Przelewy24 edit button under Mollie Settings.

To accept payments via Przelewy24, a customer email is required for every payment.

You can configure the following settings for Przelewy24 gateway:

  • Enable/Disable - Once enabled, the Przelewy24 option will show up in checkout.
  • Title - This controls the title that the user sees during checkout. Default Przelewy24.
  • Display logo - Display logo on the checkout page. Default enabled.
  • Enable custom logo - Enable the feature to add a custom logo for this gateway. This feature will have precedence over other logo options. Default: Disabled.
  • Description - Payment method description that the customer will see on your checkout.
  • Sell to specific countries - Drop down list of all available countries. To select the desired countries select one or several countries from the drop down list. To select all countries click on the “Select all” button, or if you wish to unselect all countries click on the “Select none” button. If the field is left empty, then the countries from the WooCommerce general settings will be set.
  • Payment Surcharge - Choose between ‘no fee’, ‘fixed fee’, ‘percentage’ and ‘fixed fee and percentage’ payment surcharge for this gateway. Default: No fee.

Setting up Apple Pay gateway

After you have completed the onboarding process, follow these steps to navigate to the Apple Pay payment method settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Mollie Settings > General.
  • Click the Apple Pay edit button under Mollie Settings.
