feat(directory): Group service type filter options by serviceCategory

Issue

Biobanks van be filtered by service type , the service type filter dropdown shows a list of service types to filter by , however this list might be(come) long, and therefore the user may find it difficult to find the correct filter options(s)

Solution

Group the service type option by serviceCategory

Alternatives

• Keep it as is
• reuse the ontology filter for this ( i.e. change service type to some kind of ontology structure)
• add a additional filter for the serviceCategory ( leads to somewhat different feature)

Additional context

The filters a combination of the model ( update-able at run time ), the filter config ( update-able at run time ), and the application code. Any solution should respect the current framework
