Missing German translations in manager main menu

Summary

Missing German translations in manager main menu.

Step to reproduce

Login as a user with German manager_language settings resource/elements/files look fine

Resource/Element pages, etc also look fine:

All main menu items are without translation and display the language keys instead.

I'd expect to see the full Translations

Update. After I have clicked Main Menu -> Language -> German (I totally missed that setting before) the page reloaded with the right language settings.

Afte logging out and back in the problem was still solved.

As far as I can see, the problem only pops up directly after a fresh install and effects only the main menu part. After manually setting the language everything seems to be fine.

Yes, it happens in other languages as well.

Just to recap, is this right?

• The language is selected during setup (clean install)
• Changing the language through the manager solves the issue
