Suite à des problèmes décrits dans #83 par @FlxPo, nous allons devoir utiliser R pour certaines fonctions (tout en limitant le code R au minimum).

Voici ce que cela entraîne :

Mettre en place des tests de code pour R https://github.com/r-lib/actions
Surveiller la couverture du code avec https://about.codecov.io/language/r/
Vérifier que la documentation fonctionne et est à jour
Ajouter des étapes de configuration de la librairie
