When running a js script from onFlowComplete is it possible to detect if the flow was success or failure?

I am trying to run some flows from GitHub actions, and they can take up to 10 mins to run. In the meantime, the GHA runners keep waiting for results and cost money. I want to use the onFlowComplete feature of Maestro to trigger my Slack notification in case the flows fail. That way, I can start the tests and end the CI pipeline and still be notified of failure. Is this possible or is there a better approach to this?
