Suggestion: Supporting academic citations for MLJAR

First, I want to express my appreciation for MLJAR. I am currently using this library in my research and writing an academic paper that includes experimental results obtained using MLJAR.

During the paper writing process, I encountered a consideration regarding citations that might be relevant to other researchers as well. While GitHub repositories are excellent for code hosting and distribution, some academic journals may not consider them as permanent links for citation purposes. This could potentially limit the academic recognition of valuable software contributions like MLJAR.

I would like to suggest considering publishing a paper about MLJAR in venues such as:

• arXiv (for a permanent, citable reference)
• Journal of Open Source Software (JOSS)
• Academic conferences in the field

This approach could:

• Provide a permanent, citable reference for researchers using MLJAR
• Increase the library's visibility in academic circles
• Ensure proper academic recognition for this significant contribution to the field
• Make it easier for researchers to properly credit MLJAR in their publications

I believe this could benefit both the academic community and MLJAR's future development. I would be interested in hearing thoughts from the maintainers and other community members on this suggestion.
