How can i refresh Tilt?

I have some issues with Еilt and Swiper working together. Tilt doesn't work with duplicate-slides. The reason, as I understand it, is duplication function, because DOM elements that work with Tilt are updated by Swiper in DOM, and Tilt does not work with this updated DOM-elements. So I have to update or refresh Tilt for reinit it. How can i do this?
