How to randomly move the camera position/perspective? #9

Is it possible to generate a 3D rotation of the camera while keeping the loaded SMPL model at center-focus? I am not familiar enough with camera parameters to understand how something like the set_projection() function here might be used to this affect. Even an example of a small random perturbation would be useful.
