Get npm_lazy working with yarn? #74

Does anybody know how to get the npm_lazy proxy working with yarn? So far I haven't had any luck. When I update the .yarnrc file to use the npm proxy it always fails to connect.

I can update the README with steps to get it working if this is possible.
