Sometime after this, the backups were completing successfully, so I'm not really sure what the error is.

I'm using Vorta 0.8.6 on Mint 20.3.

I created an issue at Vorta and they suggested posting here.

Thanks for your bug report and sorry for delayed response.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce it. So I have a few questions:

  • Do you have gnome-keyring installed and running?
  • Is vorta running in flatpak, snap or any other isolated environment?
  • Can you please run dbus-monitor in a separate terminal tab, reproduce the issue and attach the output here? There may be a lot of output, so maybe it will be easier to redirect output to a file. It will be very helpful.
