Request to update Dockerfile

I am interested in this tool.
So, I'm creating an environment where the tools work, but it doesn't work.
The cause is that the referenced external library (github.com/cpmech/gosl/graph) does not exist in the latest repository.
But I couldn't solve this problem.
Would you please update the code if you like?
