Support for additional tooltips in vanilla items #1

They updated additional tooltip in Vanilla Items recently.
But modlocalizer didn't catch it. so i can't edit additional tooltip and modifier option.
(for example, the wings, buff potions etc.)

Will be fixed once I have time, ~~most likely during this weekend/next weekend~~

Is there a solution to this issue going on the way?
Because i have similar problem
