Currently this repo doesnt work when running on linux, because .dlib is not compatible. Add the corresponding .so file instead, and detect the os automatically.

Check if there is some similar issues with other oses.

Update: Tidepool is developing LoopQuantity and LoopUnit to remove LoopAlgoriths dependency on HealthKit, so that we can make it compatible with Windows.

According to Tidepool, some changes will need to be made to the API to make it work.
