A pre-page loader.

I want to add the pageloader which loads finally into a main website after taking few seconds ,it redirects the client to the main website page.
The animation would be related to the theme/main idea of the web page.

And i will be also adding the fact in the same repo

Pls assign me for the suggested changes , I will make it awesome and good looking.
And do pls label it with Hactoberfest and Hacktoberfest-accepted label.
